Roofline - Soffits & Cladding
Enhance your home with maintenance free PVCu fascias and soffits. Our specialist roofline team will strip the existing gutters, timber fascias and soffit boards off. They then strip the roof tiles from the edge of the roof. A special roof edge eves protector is then installed. This has a multiple function.
- It protects the edge of the roofing felt and stops it from perishing.
- It bridges between the bottom edge of the tiles and the gutters thus stopping any water falling down between and leaving ugly stains on the fascias.
- It has a purpose designed comb to fill any cavities and stop any vermin or birds getting into the roof space.
- A special moulding underneath the eves protector allows a flow of air through the eves, helping to prevent dry rot in the roof void. On top of this is fitted new PVCu fascias and soffits. This is 16mm thick and purpose made in a flat or moulded finish. Colours available are white, mahogany or black.
